Firefox 5.0 does not respond when clicking on a url (http or https) in Thunderbird 3.1.10 even after the "Launch Application" window pops up and I click on either firefox-bin or firefox.sh in usr/lib/64/firefox-5.0. I have already checked that Firefox is my default browser in the Firefox Preferences, and have already set Firefox as my default browser in System Settings-Default Applications, using firefox %u. Nothing is working. I am using Kubuntu Natty Narwhal 11.04 64-bit. Thunderbird is also set as my default email.
