Tumblr and Noteflight aren't letting me log in.

I'll type in the correct username and password, but then when I submit it, the page resets and says my login is incorrect. A friend tried logging into Tumblr on her own account on my computer and experienced the same issue. I tried logging into both sites on Internet Explorer and logged in no problem.
