How do I get the App Tabs to automatically refresh anytime or to reload a page when I first open firefox?

I have app tabs now in the browser and have websites loaded. These websites seem to not automatically refresh or reload when I close then open Firefox. ex: one app tab is autoblog.com. I want this page to automatically refresh or reload after closing and opening firefox.
