For g-mail sign inI get "Google was interrupted ....etc" andcan only sing in with desktop or laptop-

When trying to sign on to gmail, I get a message "The connection to www.google.com was interrupted while the page was loading."

And sometimes I CAN sign on but with either desktop or laptop but not both.

How to solve?
