you have updated my firefox and now all my bookmarks, headings etc. have disappeared. please can you advise?

You updated firefox . Now we have a blank page - all our listings have disappeared, the bookmarks have gone, recent history etc. there are no basic headings, no listings - nothing. please advise re reinstate old version.
