Could you give us the following information please? :)

  1. The error message (if any)
  2. The version of firefox used

Try reinstalling the newest version of firefox.

I use now firefox 4 before with the older version I had no problems . I tried to download 4 again but it does not help I only have on my desktop the big firefox icoon and I cannot get rid of it
