Mouse3/Wheel Opens link in new tab, butt then swaps to a random one.

Basically when ever i use the middle mouse button/scroll button to open a link in a new tab. it opens it correctly but then it switches to a random tab. the option that sets to open new tabs instantly is turned off, so its not that.

so any other suggestions its quite annoying getting kicked to a random tab every time i click a link!
