How do I eliminate a pop-up window that states (JavaScript Application) "uninstall set"

Posted

Along with the above wording is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point inside it. It pops up numerous times at once and freezes the computer until it is clicked off. If it pops up twenty times than I must click it off twenty times in order to continue whatever I was doing.

Other users have reported that this is caused by one of their add-ons. I suggest going to the Add-ons page and disabling everything that is not essential, and then restarting Firefox. Hopefully it's not caused by something you really rely on.

orange Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions

or

Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions

Any luck?
