Can I make the home and refresh buttons bigger and more toward the middle of the screen like in previous version?

The new version 4 has made the home button WAY smaller and pushed it all the way to the right and made the refresh button WAY smaller as well. I think that they were grouped together in previous versions. I use those icons all the time and it's way more inconvenient now than it was. In fact, that was one of the main reasons that I liked FF better than IE was that those icons were bigger and, as such, much easier to hit quickly. Can I move or adjust the size of the icons in this version?
