well eversince my mozila4 i log into my skyplayer but it does not log me in it jus says signing in nd refreshes the page. can u help

if i go to my Skyplayer homepage nd click sign in. it takes me to the login page wer my pasword nad email are saved then i click sign in it writes please wait then refreshes to the home page but still not logged on
