A Blue Screen started before XP stasrted reporting a FireFox Boot Cleaner. Is this a feature or am I infected?

I thought I upgraded to FF4.0 yesterday but about says I am 3.6.17. Upon starting my computer this AM and before XP started a Blue Screen started reporting a FF Boot Cleaner. Am I infected or is this a feature I haven't seen before? I run hard & Soft firewalls and considerable anti-virus, anti-malware.
