My Sync does not work since a week now. On the two mac I uses, Sync says it encountered an unknown error and will retry soon. But it haven't sync since a week now. I can't find any clue in the about:sync Can someone help ?

This is a frequent problem for many Sync users. The only thing you can do is to delete your old account and create a new one, then it'll sync normally again.
WARNING: If you do so, all of your sync information will be lost. Be sure to back up all of your bookmarks and passwords just in case.

I had this problem. Only recommendation I'd add is to keep trying for a while with old account if migrating to a new machine. I did this and the sync worked once during an hour of testing. I now have all my bookmarks and passwords on new machine, all now need do is create new account sync account. Btw is anyone from Mozilla responded to what is causing the problem?
