In trying to stop Microsoft from always displaying an add at startup, I deleted the pictures and have only the text. I still have part of the Microsoft add.

The microsoft add just started a few days ago and must be closed for me to view the MSN home page. I right clicked on part of the screen and there was a delete or close function. Part of the recurring add went away, but my MSN pictures also went away and now I just have text, Arnold Swartzneger fathers child with no photo. Shutdown and restart did not help.
