I upgraded to FF4 now when I open fire fox I get 2 error messages that say "javascript application coponent returned failure codeox80520012 also says chrome://1clickweather/content/js/utils/filemanager not sure what all this means/

That message is about the 1 Click Weather add-on. Something in that add-on is slightly incompatible with Firefox 4.

Disable that extension until you can install an updated version of that extension.
