Using Windows XP, and installed Firefox but when I import my favourites from I/E the format of all web sites is different. How can I overcome this?

Ebay, Norman Boats Appreciation Society and Birchwood Owners Association web sites when imported from favourites in I/E the layout and colourings are changed. I prefer the I/E layout of these and other web sites to how they appear of Firefox favourites. Please can you help?
