Can I switch the positions of the "new window" and "new tab" under file in Firefox 4?

Under "File" in Firefox 4 I want to switch positions of "new window" and "new tab" like it is in Firefox 3.

THANKS . . . I think that did it! I have another question. In Firefox 3 there is a bar across the bottom of the page with a green "graph" type bar that shows the progress of the page loading. It's gone on Firefox 4. Is there anyway to add it?
