how to upload by bookmarks of ver3.6 to ver 4 in new notebook

I had to change my old notebook to new one. I was using Firfox ver 3.6 in my old notebook and had stored all my bookmarks. In my new notebook the Firefox ver was 4.0. I want to restore my stored bookmarks in this and can't find a way.
