My tool bar is missing. All I have are "Most visited, getting started and latest headlines on my tool bar. There is no "tool" option, history or anything. How do i go about getting it back?

I can't find anything to let me get my toolbar back! I don't know how it was removed either so I can't undo what was done. All of the "Help" comments on Firefox.com pertain to adding stuff to your tool bar but I don't have one!
