Sync feature not connecting to server

I've set up a sync account, but from the very start FF4 is telling me there is a problem connecting to the sync server (Wrong account name or password. Try again). I then reset to a new password, but the same error is repeated every time FF4 syncs. Loggin in on the web page for the sync account works fine though.

I'm on a Win7 x64 machine.

Any sugestions? Cheers
