When I am on Firefox it eventually stops responding. I have run numerous virus checks, but nothing seems to change. It especially " is not responding while watching an attachment from e-mail.
Whenever I am on my e-mail my e-mail eventually freezes up and the only way to close firefox is to right click on the menu bar box. I then get a message that firefox is not responding and close it that way. This happens almost all the time when I open an attachment, but it also happens at times when I am just checking my e-mails.
