I want to sign in, but I get the prompt saying I have a block on pop-ups and can't sign in. How do I unblock pop-ups and complete my sign-in?

Wanted to play "Bingo Luau" and wasn't able to chat unless I signed in. Tried to sign in and was prompted that I had a block on "pop-ups" and couldn't sign in. How do I unblock this and complete my sign-in process?
