Scrolling through HP touchpad isn't working on Firefox 4. Elsewhere, the scroll is working.

I have HP-Pavilion notebook. If I open a pdf file on Firefox 4 then the vertical scroll feature located on the Synaptics Touchpad doesn't works on any website opened at that time on Firefox 4. However as soon as the pdf website is closed, then it works fine
