FF4 seems stalled unless moving mouse, any idea what's up?

Upgraded to FF4 today and have noticed that page display seems to get stuck unless I'm moving my mouse. If moving mouse then page displays very fast. If not moving mouse page acts like it is waiting for data from ISP. If move mouse a little some incremental progress than stops. If move more, than more progress, etc. until page displays.

Dell Vostro, 4G, Nvidia GeForce 210, USB wireless mouse & keyboard. Win 7 Pro.
