No Extensions shown in Firefox 4 add-on manager

After updating to Firefox 4, the extensions tab in the add-on manager is empty; in fact, every tab in the add-on manager is empty, save for the one for getting new add-ons.

Other posts along these lines suggested deleting extensions.sqlite to force Firefox to rebuild its extension list... but I don't /have/ extensions.sqlite. I've had to roll back to Firefox 3.6 for the time being; I still don't have extensions.sqlite, but they do, at least, show.
