How can i report when a add-on is labeled incorectly, ie. incompatible when it should be compatible. How can i change rating?

An add-on that i use is labelled as having compatibility problems. However the add-on works perfectly on FF4 b10.

Can users report on add-ons as far as compatibility issues.

But it is still up to each individual developer to update compatibility information for each of their extensions. User reports aren't going to affect what Firefox version an extension "Works with" .

Your Firefox 4 beta 10 version is quite outdated. You should update to the Firefox 4 RC2 release candidate via "Help > About ..."
