Updating from Firefox 4 RC1 to RC2 for limited users does not work

Firefox 4 RC updating from RC1 to RC2 does not work for users of limited account. When going to "help" and "About Firefox" the button for "Apply update" is there. Firefox restarts, but then doesn't apply the update. The update is fine on the same computer for admin users.
