How do I add text to a custom persona

I'm a novice at this but found where you could create a custom persona after right clicking fox mask and add a picture. It looks like you can add text too (it says default text color), but I couldn't figure it out. How would I do this? Also are there step-by-step instructions online for creating a more robust custom persona? Thank you so much!

default test color is for setting the text color of the menu items and other UI text when a dark Persona image is used.
