I cannot create a new tab, I click the + and it highlights, but nothing happens. I've added the pluggin Mozilla Support suggested, but that did nothing. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox twice. Help?

That can a problem with the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)
