Can Firefox help me change my Gmail password because I am being blocked by a hacker/virus?

I need to change my Gmail password, but when I go to MY ACCOUNT it says I need to allow cookies, which I did and to clear my cache, which I did and lower a high security level which I did and I am being block because I believe my password has been hacked. At this point I need to contact Gmail tech support to have them do it with me so that the hackers cannot "see" what I type in when changing my password. Can Firefox help me with this?
