The screen reload option is gone

I went to "view" on my toolbar and the "reload" option is gone. I cant refresh any of my pages and have to come out of them and then go back in.

You should see a combined reload / stop / go button at the right end of the location bar.

You can open the View > Toolbars > Customize and drag the Reload button to a new position to make it stay visible.
