Chosen solution

That's the folder where Firefox is installed. Take a look at the settings in the keyboard software for that button, if you append the "path" for that button by adding \firefox.exe at the end you should be able to get Firefox to launch.

Sorry, I use basic P/S-2 keyboards (IBM M-series buckling spring "clicky" now made by Unisys) that work without an operating system needing to load USB drivers or other software just to be able to use a simple input device like a keyboard or mouse. The basic P/S-2 devices work in a command or DOS window, or when the operating system won't boot or isn't even installed; a habit I developed in the days before 1MB BIOS chips came about and contained basic USB drivers.

Hot Key is simply the key you press to access a funtion... in this case the one usually with an icon of a house. I thought most would know this.

see screen grab. I was surprised the image add below does not recognised it in word so I used PShop. This is what happens when I press the hot key of a "house". To access FF4 i have to press the desktop icon for it to work.. I never had to do this on other FF versions.

Hello, where can I find these settings? Thank you.

EDIT: Sorry for the easy question, I found the solution myself: -Go to Microsoft site -Find the Microsoft Keyboard program for your keyboard and download/install it -Open it and do as said in the quote on top of this post
