My browser has been infected with a virus that is not showing up in a scan. When I do a Google search and click on the desired site, I am diverted to some completely unrelated commercial site. Can this be fixed? in English

In Firefox I did a search for Alaksen ( wildlife refuge). The search results were appropriate. Clicking on any site in the Google search diverted me to various commercial websites that were completely unrelated to Alaksen.
