I I get an alert popup which notifies me of high CPU usage. It pops up with computer performance will be affected by high CPU usage by firefox plugin It will show on a graph as much as 100 percent usage 99 percent of the time I am on the computer. It slows my computer down tremendously and it's like slogging through molasses. I have to wait so long for each and every action. optimize performance through my Norton Antivirus tools and it speeds it up for approximately 10 minutes and it's back to the pop up and slow performance. I have removed everything I can from programs to help improve it and restored defaults in an effort to counteract the slowdown from plugins somewhat. Why does it do this and how can I speed it back up? Initially speed was fine before firefox kept crashing and we had to stop using it for a while. Does your crash events have anything to do with it?
