Grouping tabs led me to 404 and I can't get back

The first time I used Grouping tabs I got a screen with all my tabs on the left, and a webpage on the right saying Error 404 - I clicked on it and it went to 404 Page not found http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/panorama/ Oops! We hate to say it, but we couldn’t find that page or file you’re looking for. If I try to close it it says i am closing all 72 tabs, but it won't let me go back! How can I get out of this?

I was eventually able to resolve this by clicking on the Panorama button - but it was scary
