My customise toolbar dialog box does not show installed addons to allow me to add them to the toolbars

I installed NetUsage addon V 1.2.300. It is reported as being installed by the addon manager, but it does not appear in the customise toolbar dialog box. The addon does not appear in the tool bar and I cannot acces it to ad it in. I created a new toolbar, but still the same problem. None of the other addons I have installed appear in the customise toolbar dialog.
