Problem accessing Bill Pay thorugh Firefox.

Up until about 3 months ago I was able to access my credit union's Bill Pay section. Now when I click on Bill Pay it sends me right back to the account summary page. I contacted my credit union and they told me they are having this same complaint with other customers that use Firefox. My husband also goes through Firefox and he can get into Bill Pay. Is there some type of setting I need to change?
