I can enter into my banks website but it doesn't display the menu bar to do business, explorer will display the menu bar?

I can load and log into my banks website on my PC, however the menu bar is not displayed and I can't perform any banking tasks. If I use Explorer the menu bar is displayed and I can do my banking business? I've already called the banks tech support and they seem to believe it's something with my Firefox settings. I looked at my settings options and all appear to be OK?

I have a laptop and use Firefox and have no problems?
