Adobe Acrobat X Standard should add a convert button to convert pages to PDF.

I'm not sure if it creates its own toolbar to do this, or just adds the button. To check for a toolbar, in the View menu select Toolbars, if there is an Adobe toolbar listed, click on its name to toggle displaying it. If there is no Adobe toolbar shown, try the procedure in the Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars artilce to see if you can drag and drop the convert button onto a toolbar.
