Font on Twitter + Other sites changed to an overly bold font? Fixes?
Below is a picture of my problem:

It occurs predominantly on sites like Twitter and Thinkgeek.

Hey, I also had this problem up until 5mins ago. How I solved my problem was shutting down FireFox ... going to my start menu - all programs - right click Mozilla FireFox and select properties - select the compatibility tab - Look at the compatibility mode is the box selected if not tick it and select your operating system - Restart FireFox for these changes to happen. This is what worked for me as Twitter and Thinkgeek looked exactly as above for me also. I hope this works for others too.
You probably have font called "HelveticaNeue Black" installed under fontfamily name "HelveticaNeue". Simply uninstall it.
