How do I revert my Firefox back to the previous version?
Signed up for Firefox 4 on my desktop @ work but my web based time sheet provider won't allow me access with a "beta" browser, so I need to revert back to Firefox 3 (most current non beta version).

You can get the current release version (3.6.13) from http://www.mozilla.com/
You can trash the Firefox 4 beta installation and then install version 3.6.13. When you trash the beta version it does not remove your user profile, which includes personal data such as bookmarks, passwords and cookies.

Worked perfectly thank you!
You're welcome
I went through the installation steps, but Firefox now crashes shortly after I open it. It works if I disable addons. I then re-downloaded Firebug and restarted. It opens fine, but when I try to launch Firebug it crashes again.
I'm having the same problem. I installed Firefox 4, but it did not run Firebug and Web Developer (which are absolutely required for my job). So I reverted to 3.6. Firefox works fine until I try to launch these addons. It also crashed when I tried to install an addon for Twitter (Echofon).
Bummer. That link doesn't take me to the earlier Pre-Firefox 4 version. It takes us to the current Firefox 4 version for download.
Firefox 4 is a nightmare. My system is so slow, it takes forever to load a page, to post anything if I'm on a forum. It crashes. Tab's close out of nowhere.
I'll find an earlier version of Firefox at a site where the link actually takes someone to the earlier version of Firefox.
In the meantime, F4 should be taken off line until the developers can get the kinks out. Because at this point, that version thrashes Firefox browsers reputation. It's horrible!
You can get the current 3.6 version from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
When you say "trash" Firefox 4.0, what do you mean? Sorry...I need specifics. Do you mean "uninstall"? Thank you.
I am having problems with FF latest version. I cannot run videos on Youtube, it won't let me download images to my Society 6 website, and I have lost the slide show on the home page of my zenfolio website entirely because the image/s won't download. All works fine in Chrome. but I would prefer FF to get the problem with links fixed fast as I also prefer the colour managed browser to Chromes non- colour managed browser.
