From the start when i downloaded firefox into my new windows 7 pc.

More Information

The above message comes up whenever i start firefox. (not when I close and reopen firefox during the current windows session). This happens with all windows login accounts on this laptop

Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
