There is no built-in method. There are some add-ons that can be used to block sites such as BlockSite or ProCon Latte, but add-ons are quite easy to bypass.

If you want to filter sites based on content, such as blocking pornography, a third-party web filtering program that works with all browsers may be a better choice, such as the free K9 Web Protection.
