I cannot use the shortcut click ctrl+enter in firefox 4. Why? How do I fix it?
Normally, I can type the name of the website followed by ctrl+enter and I can access it right away. For example, after I type "google" into the address bar, I normally press ctrl+enter afterwards, and it would automatically become "www.google.com" in the address bar. If I do it now, nothing happens. Not only that, if I type the url and click enter, nothing happens either. Is there any way to solve this problem?
For now, the only way to browse is to press the go arrow to launch the web. The shortcut has malfunctioned.

Try disabling the AVG Safe Search extension.
You should be careful with overriding the extensions compatibility check.
Create a new profile exclusively for the 4.0 beta version and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.
Thanks! Disabling AVG fixed the problem for me.
It worked for me as soon as I did it, however, I haven't tried other's ways, so it may work too!!
