That server doesn't send the "StartCom Class 2 Primary Intermediate Server CA" intermediate certificate.

You can save the text with the pink background to a text file and save it as StartCom.cer and import that file in the certificate manager.

Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
