I am on a mac and I just upgraded to Firefox 4 Beta 7 today through the update tool from the help menu and restarted both my computer and firefox afterward. Now flash videos do not work on any site and games do not load on facebook. They worked in Beta 6. I tried reinstalling flash from adobe's site and restarting the browser, but the problem is still happening. How do I fix it?

As per the Release Notes, support for Intel GPU's is somewhat, uh, lacking. Check your GPU -- I have a Mac Mini (with Intel GPU) and am having the same symptoms as you.

You can disable hardware acceleration with Firefox > Preferences > Advanced and unchecking use hardware acceleration where available.

Try running Firefox 4.0 Beta 7 in 32-bit mode (close Firefox, control-click the Firefox.app icon, select "Get Info", and then check the box, "Open in 32-bit mode"). This worked for another Mac user in this other thread.
