Addons and Themes do not work

Since I updated to Firefox 3.6.12 (I don't what my old version was) none of my addons or themes have responded. I have disabled all the add-ons and tested them on their own. Ad-Block Plus doesn't appear at all, neither does NASA Night Launch (the theme) when it's meant to be set all I see is the default theme.

I tried a system restore but Firefox wouldn't respond after that, I had to download different versions which have all had the same problem.
