I have 2 other user accounts in my laptop - windows 7 - used by my children. they will use firefox 3.6.10. how can i prevent them from clearing their history from firefox tools menu .

I have already selected the option to retain history - however, they can change it .. I want to remove the privilege of allowing the sub users removing the history - changing options - from their Firefox3.6.10 browser sessions ? is it possible to remove 'clear history' option..
