If it is in html format, go to: Bookmarks --> Organzized --> Import and Export

Then import the bookmarks accordingly.

this doesn't help - I get to the favorites folder on the external hard drive through the import process, but don't see how to do the actual importing. there's a button for "open file," but not sure what to do
