I cant log in to the site www.spantel.net. It says "..not fully compatibile..", why is it so?

When I try to click the "login" button in the website www.spantel.net, its says """We are sorry... This site is not fully compatible with your browser. Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above to continue""". Its through this site I check my work details of my parent company. Please help me. But I am able to login using MS Internet Explorer.
