Mozilla do not offer telephone support. The options they offer are this forum or a text based chat service (not always open). For more details of the chat service go to http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/chat

Live chat link posted by TonyE is incorrect; the correct link is http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/chat

The hours for live chat are listed on the link below. Please note the following on that page:

  • Note that all times are US Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -07)
  • "Note that our live chat service is only open when we have support volunteers available."
  • Special hours for April 22 and April 25
  • Link: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/ask (scroll down to the Live Chat section)

    • After the installation, start Firefox and check your version again.
  3. Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.
    • Download and SAVE to your Desktop so you can find the installer later
    • If you do not have the current version, click on the "Player Download Center" link on the "Download and information" or "Download Manual installers" below
    • After download is complete, exit Firefox
    • Click on the installer you just downloaded and install
      • Windows 7 and Vista: may need to right-click the installer and choose "Run as Administrator"
    • Start Firefox and check your version again or test the installation by going back to the download link below
